Bu this time we are not going to see the Big Five of Africa or the migrating whales…Our aim is to go out on a Safari in pursuit of modern photography. Moreover, we will do this in London, instead of South Africa. Figures & Fictions: Contemporary South African Photography exhibition will take look at the economics and the sociology of the country over the works of 17 photographers from 2000 to 2010. The exhibition can be seen at Victoria & Albert Museum until July 17.

Bu sefer ne Afrika’nın Beş Büyük’ünü, ne de göç eden balinaları izleyeceğiz. Amacımız modern fotoğrafın izinde Güney Afrika’da bir safariye çıkmak. Üstelik bunun için Güney Afrika’ya değil Londra’ya gidiyoruz. Victoria and Albert Museum’da 17 Temmuz’a dek devam edecek Figures & Fictions: Contemporary South African Photography isimli sergide 17 fotoğrafçının 2000 ve 2010 yılları arasında çektikleri fotoğraflar üzerinden bölgedeki ekonomik ve sosyal durumlar izleyenlerin yorumuna açık olacak.
