After working for Yves Saint Laurent and Dior, the free spirited fashion designer Hedi Slimane turned down all propositions to make his own way. And we are so lucky that he did! Along being a gifted designer, he has an unprecedented vision for fashion photography, sophisticated enough to submit a portfolio to Stern which was recently published as a book. The book has a price tag of 30 Euros and features 80 black and white frames of famous figures including Kate Moss, Pete Doherty and contemporary fashion icon Lady Gaga.

Özgürlüğüne düşkün moda tasarımcısı Slimane, Yves Saint Laurent ve Dior Homme’da çalıştıktan sonra gelen tekliflerin hepsini geri çevirerek kendi başına yoluna devam etmişti. İyi ki de etmiş. Tasarımcı özelliği yanında özellikle moda fotoğrafçılığı konusunda eşsiz bir vizyona sahip olan Hedi Slimane, Stern’ün fotoğraf portfolyoları arasına katılıyor. 80 adet siyah/beyaz fotoğrafından oluşan portfolyosu bir kitap haline getirilmiş. İçlerinde Kate Moss, Pete Doherty ve günümüz ikonu Lady Gaga gibi isimlerin yer aldığı kitap 30 Avro’dan satılıyor.
